Hopefully you are on this page because you have your own law practice and want some help making it more enjoyable, profitable and effective or maybe you just want to get it out of the place it’s been. What I Offer

Ideas and brainstorming to help you find your niche, your genius work, that “thing” that sets you apart from all other attorneys out there.
Amping you up with enthusiasm for your practice
Ramping up your practice with an on-line presence and marketing ideas.
Accountability. (This is a big one. No slackers, no excuses.)
Encouragement. You are excited about your practice, and I am too. I will encourage you to keep it growing, think about things differently and not be afraid to fail at first (or succeed.)
Help you work through fear and anxiety over starting something big.
Resources – Need a virtual assistant? CFO? Bookkeeper? Logo? Website? I help you find the resources you need to support your business, so you can do what you do best.
Everything Else. This could include reviewing copy for you and making suggestions, helping you set up your on-line profiles to maximize your presence while your website/blog are in process, getting out the giant stickie notes to to help you brain storm your niche, figuring out what sets you apart and making sure that your ideal clients know it and can find you!

How I Offer It

Private Coaching

4 1-hour long coaching sessions, by phone or in person at a mutually convenient time, with email support in between. We start with an assessment of where you are, figure out what you want to do and where you want to go, and determine the best way to get you there. You can spread the 4 sessions out over 2 months if you want more time between them to execute and take action. $750.00
3 1-hour long coaching sessions, with email support in between. Same basic format as the 4 sessions, with one less follow-up session. $600.00
One Session: 1 hour. Brainstorming around a specific topic, ideas and inspiration to take your practice to the next level. Tips on starting your own practice or getting an existing practice off the ground. $200

Group Coaching

(5) 1- 1½ hour long sessions spread out over 6-8 weeks. It will cover the “basics” of running your own firm: setting your vision, nuts and bolts of running a business, talking about money with clients, and marketing your firm to your ideal clients. It will also include a 30 minute one on one with me to go over any issues during or after the sessions. We’ll need a minimum of 4 people, and a maximum of 6, to make sure you get the concentrated time you need to work on your firm. The group will start in October.

5.   People who see the value in what I do and who like me (you’ll be spending time with me so it helps if you like me.)

1. People who will make excuses about why they haven’t done what they said they were going to do.
2. People who are not passionate about what they do and don’t want to share their gifts with the world.
